4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we send a shipment confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to ship to your address.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods:

You authorize us to charge the total amount (product price + shipping + applicable taxes) to your selected payment method at the time of order placement. Your card issuer may impose additional fees for international transactions.

4.3 Shipping

We ship from our headquarters in Memphis, TN, USA. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Flat rate of $12.95. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier schedules, or destination factors. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our detailed Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated herein by reference. Key terms include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and documentation.
• Process: A pre-approved RMA number is required. Contact [email protected] to initiate.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of our receipt and approval of the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Final Sale Items: The following are non-returnable unless defective:
  • Custom Knives & Microtech Marfione items
  • Opened or used knives
  • Opened accessories or parts
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” marked items
• International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Blade HQ Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

The “Blade HQ Shop” name and logo, and all related product and service names, are our trademarks. You may not use any meta tags or other “hidden text” utilizing our name or trademarks without our express written consent.

You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and make personal use of the site, not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion thereof.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blade HQ Shop, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
