We process and ship orders from our headquarters in Memphis, TN, with efficiency and care. All knives are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods, Time & Cost
We offer two primary shipping options to accommodate your needs:
1. Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95 (flat rate)
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Best for: Faster, tracked delivery to most global destinations.
2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Cost: FREE on orders over $50.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
- Best for: Cost-effective delivery where timing is flexible.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier schedules. We ship globally but exclude some remote regions in Asia and other specified areas. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of every product that leaves our facility. If an item does not meet your expectations, our returns process is designed to be simple and fair.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Process: All returns require a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
The Return & Exchange Process: Step-by-Step

- Receive Your RMA & Instructions: Our U.S.-based team will review your request. If approved, we will email you a unique RMA number and detailed return instructions, including the return address to our Memphis headquarters.
- Package Your Item Securely: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all boxes, papers, and accessories. For safety, ensure any blade is fully sheathed. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the provided address using a trackable and insured carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, EMS). Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Retain your shipping receipt.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days) to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Refund or Exchange Completion:

- Exchanges: The replacement item will be shipped via your chosen method.

Refund Timeline & Method
Your refund is processed with the efficiency you expect from Blade HQ Shop.
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return at our Memphis facility.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): The refund will appear on your statement. Posting time depends on your bank’s policies.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
In alignment with industry standards, legal regulations, and to ensure the safety and integrity of specialized products, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Custom Knives & Microtech Marfione (Custom) Items: These are made-to-order or uniquely crafted pieces, often personalized, and are excluded from standard returns.
- Opened or Used Knives: For safety and hygiene reasons, any knife showing signs of use, wear, or removed from its original sealed packaging in a non-resalable condition.
- Knife Accessories & Replacement Parts: Once opened (e.g., sharpeners, maintenance tools, individual parts).
- Clearance or “Final Sale” Items: Any product marked as such at the time of purchase.
Note on Restricted Items: Sales of Automatic Knives, Butterfly Knives, Out The Front (OTF) Knives, and other tactical knives are subject to strict local and international laws. All sales are documented for compliance. Standard return conditions apply only if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
International Returns (Outside the U.S.)
For our global customers, the 15-day return policy still applies. However, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service. Refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items
