Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same principles of clarity, fairness, and precision that define our products.
This policy applies to purchases made from our global community of tactical professionals, discerning collectors, and outdoor enthusiasts.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We offer a straightforward, 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. Within this period, you may return most items for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

- Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Process: Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
The Return & Exchange Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
- Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please use the email template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Your RMA Number & Instructions
Our U.S.-based team will review your request and, if approved, email you a unique RMA number and detailed return instructions, including the return address to our Memphis headquarters.
- Package Your Item Securely
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all protective materials, boxes, papers, and accessories. For safety and compliance, ensure any blade is fully sheathed or secured. Include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.
- Ship Your Return
Ship the package to the address provided, using a trackable and insured carrier (such as DHL, FedEx, or EMS). We strongly recommend you retain the shipping receipt. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Inspection & Processing
Once received at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

- Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item to you via your chosen shipping method.

Refund Timeline & Method
Your refund is processed with the same efficiency we apply to order fulfillment.
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return at our Memphis facility.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): The refund will appear on your statement. The time it takes for the credit to post depends on your bank’s policies.
- PayPal: The refund will be sent back to your PayPal account.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
In alignment with industry standards, legal regulations, and to ensure the safety and integrity of specialized products, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Custom Knives & Microtech Marfione (Custom) Items: These are made-to-order or uniquely crafted pieces, often personalized, and are excluded from standard returns.
- Opened or Used Knives: For safety and hygiene reasons, any knife that shows signs of use, wear, or has been removed from its original sealed packaging in a non-resalable condition cannot be returned.
- Knife Accessories & Replacement Parts: Once opened, items such as sharpeners, maintenance tools, and individual parts are non-returnable.
- Clearance or “Final Sale” Items: Any product marked as such at the time of purchase.
Note on Restricted Items: Sales of Automatic Knives, Butterfly Knives, Out The Front (OTF) Knives, and other tactical knives are subject to strict local and international laws. All sales are documented for legal compliance, but standard return conditions still apply if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos/video of the issue and your order details.
International Returns (Outside the U.S.)
For our global customers, the 15-day return policy still applies. However, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars (USD).
